In order to add audio files to the File Review portal, you must first upload your mixes or audio files to your project within Sonido. To learn how to upload files to a project, see the Project File Storage knowledge base article.
Within your project, scroll down to the Project Files section where you see all files uploaded to your Sonido project. Under each audio file, you will see a "+" icon that displays "Add to Review Portal" with a mouse hover.
Select this button for each file that you would like to include in the File Review portal. After selecting the button, the file will be placed in the File Review section that displays below Project Files as a visual indicator that the file is included for review.
Once a file is added to the File Review Portal, they will display below in the File Review section. You can easily manage the files from this location.
You may also notice that the icon that appears like a speech bubble has different colors. This icon allows you to open the File Review Portal from within Sonido for further actions. If the icon is blue, it means that there are one or more comments that have been added to the review portal for that file; this makes it easy for you to see which files in a list have comments, and which do not.
