Let's walk through the view in selecting the Contact section. The Band/Group and Company pages have different fields available, but overall the page structure and flow is similar.
After selecting "Contact" from the Contact Manager menu, you will see a list of all contacts that have been saved in your Sonido account.
From this view, you have the ability to create a new contact, filter or sort your contact list by varying criteria, and take specific actions on the contact records viewed in the list.
CREATE NEW CONTACT
To create a new contact from the contact list, select the "+ Create New Contact" button. The contact creation dialog will appear where you will populate necessary details to create the new contact record.
SEARCH CONTACTS
You can easily search through your contacts by typing a contact name or criteria in the search field, then press enter or press the search icon to the right of the search field. All relevant contact records based on your search parameters will be displayed in the list. You may remove the text in the search field and press enter or press the search icon to remove the search and return to the main list.
FILTER CONTACT LIST
There is a filter option for the contact list by Type.
TYPE - You may select a contact type from the filter picklist to view all contacts that correlate with the selected contact type in the filter. By default, the contact list is filtered by "All Type". The list may be filtered by a single type selection at a time.
SORT CONTACT LIST
All columns in the contact list are sortable by selecting the name of the column in the column header. Depending on the data within the column, the list will be sorted alphabetically or numerically (A to Z, Z to A, 0 to 9, etc.). Selecting the column header multiple times will change the sort direction.
CONTACT PAGING
As the number of contact records in your Sonido account increases, you'll find that your contacts begin to display on multiple pages within the contact list. At the bottom of the contact list you will find page selectors and a picklist to display between 10 and 50 contact records per page.
CONTACT ACTION ICONS
The last column within the contact list contains several action icons for each contact record in the list. These action icons include the following:

The email will use your email address as the reply-to address in order to ensure that response communications are not missed. While the email composition window does not show your company logo, the email sent to the recipient will include a simple signature line with your name and company logo at the bottom for convenience.
DELETE - Selecting this icon will allow you to delete the contact record. A confirmation dialog will appear where you will confirm that you want to delete the record. This action cannot be undone, so please be sure that you want the record deleted before moving forward.
