A lead record within Sonido Software is a contact that has expressed interest in a service that you provide. In audio production, this may be a singer-songwriter, a musician, a podcaster, an author looking for audio book recording services; it could also be a band manager, a label or other any number of other forms of contacts reaching out on behalf of another. Your goal is to work with the lead to the point that they are converted to a project in your studio.
Managing your leads effectively within Sonido is essential for keeping your studio running optimally and generating revenue. As you enter new leads into the system, be sure to regularly communicate with these contacts and move them through the appropriate Lead stages - New, In Communication, Converted or Closed Lost. You have multiple tools available within each lead record to assist in communication, managing conversations, assigning To Dos and reminders on leads, and more. You will also have visual insights into all your lead records and their regular progress up to the point of converting the leads to a project.
