To Dos within Sonido Software are a form of a To Do list (or task list) that you create for leads, contacts, projects or even as a general reminder. These to dos are generally not scheduled on a calendar, but are designed more as your checklist of items that need to be accomplished within your studio. Each lead, contact and project record may have to dos associated with the individual record.
The To Dos section in the primary menu is your master list of all to dos in your system. From this view, you can manage the to dos within the system as a whole, rather than on an individual record.
By managing your studio through the use of to dos, you can stay more organized and accomplish more in your day - and the reminders are a powerful tool to keep you on track.
