Data Export

Sonido Software includes an easy data export option for situations where you may need to export your data from Sonido. This data export currently supports the export of Contacts, Artist/Groups, Companies and Leads records. 

The data export is a complete data dump of records. This export does not include any data filters at this time; when exporting data, a complete export of all relevant data fields will be includes as separated columns in the export. Data will be exported in a .CSV file format, which each record separated by row, and each data point from the related record separated by column. 

As Sonido continues to implement new data fields for records within Sonido, the Data Export will be updated appropriately. Please be aware that this process may take time, and some data fields may not be available for export immediately. Custom Fields created in Sonido may not be included in the data export, as the data export includes all standard data fields within Sonido Software.

EXPORT DATA

To export your data from Sonido, go to Settings -> Data Export. 

In the view, you will see a blue button that says, "Select Data". Upon selecting this button, you will have the option to export the data of your preference. Upon selecting the record type that you'd like to export, the data will immediately begin to download as a file within your browser. Once the download is complete, you will have the option to open the file and review the exported data. 

If you wish to export all data from each record type, you will need to select the "Select Data" button and select each record type individually.
