In order to take advantage of the many payment methods included within the SensePass integration in Sonido, you will first need to complete the SensePass onboarding. This will create an account within SensePass and will connect this account to Sonido Software for taking payments.
The onboarding will take around 5 minutes to complete.

SENSEPASS ONBOARDING
To begin your initial onboarding for the SensePass Integration, log in to your Sonido account and select Settings -> Integrations from the main menu. From the Integrations page, you will see the SensePass Integration section that should appear as follows.
You will click the "Start Onboarding" button to begin your SensePass onboarding.
In the dialog that appears, you will need to complete all required fields. These fields are details that SensePass requires in order to create your account. Some of these details may be pre-populated from Sonido for convenience. The following is a description of each field for reference.
COMPANY INFORMATION
Business Name - In this field you will enter your Business Name.
Display Name - In this field you will enter your preferred display name. This is often the same as your business name. This display name may contain spaces.
Category - In this field you will enter your business category (or your industry). In most cases, you will populate "Audio Production" or something similar.
Business ID Number - In this field you will enter your business identification number. This may be called a different name based on your location, but it's often referred to as an Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN or FEIN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). If you don't have one, you can populate "none".
Country - In this field you will select your Country.
Street - In this field you will enter your business street address.
City - In this field you will enter the name of the city where your business is located.
Street - In this field you will enter the name of the state where your business is located.
Phone - In this field you will enter your business phone number.
Email - In this field you will enter your primary business email address.
OWNER INFORMATION
First Name - In this field you will enter the first name of the business owner (or primary contact for this integration).
Last Name - In this field you will enter the last name of the business owner (or primary contact for this integration).
Phone - In this field you will enter the phone number of the business owner (or primary contact for this integration).
Email - In this field you will enter the email address of the business owner (or primary contact for this integration).
Once all details have been populated, you will then select the "Submit Onboarding" button at the bottom of this onboarding dialog.
On the next screen, you will see the SensePass Terms & Conditions link, with a checkbox to accept the terms. Once you have read the Terms & Conditions, and if you agree with the terms, mark the checkbox and select the "Next" button.
MERCHANT PORTAL
After completing the steps above, you will receive one final notification screen in the onboarding dialog that confirms that your onboarding is successfully complete - this means that your SensePass account was created and is active.
You will see a link in this view to the SensePass Merchant Portal, as well as your login credentials. These details will not be stored within Sonido Software, so we highly encourage you to copy the Username, Password and Merchant Portal hyperlink and save them in your own records for easy access.
The Merchant Portal is not required in order to use Sonido Software and take payments via SensePass and supported payment methods; the Merchant Portal provides you insights into all payments transacted through SensePass, including the option to provide refunds to clients. The Merchant Portal will not directly impact how you use Sonido Software and manage your client invoices and payment collection.
If at any time you cannot log in to the SensePass Merchant Portal, you can contact SensePass Support for assistance.
After you close the previous dialog, your SensePass Integration page will refresh and will display the SensePass Integration Status as "Enabled", while also displaying your Merchant Identifier, Location Identifier and Branch API Key. These details may be referenced for support purposes with SensePass in the future.
After completing these steps, you are ready to begin setting up your desired Payment Methods. You will need to set up at least one payment method before the SensePass Integration is made available to your clients for taking payments.
