Sonido Software coordinates live training sessions that are open to all customers. These trainings will cover a range of topics, and the intention is to help you become better acquainted with Sonido Software and how you can use the system to manage your studio operations.
This schedule will be updated over time, and video recordings will be made available in the Recorded Trainings section.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Creating and Managing Studio Projects
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido Project Management to discuss the best practices of managing your project timelines, how to set up your own custom project pipeline stages and track stages appropriately, how you can better track project progress, create reminders for yourself or your team members, creating project songs and metadata, project file storage and file delivery options, and more.

STUDIO SCHEDULING: Creating Calendar Bookings and Syncing Calendars
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido Scheduling features within the Calendar. We'll talk about creating new bookings, how to link calendar bookings with projects or other records (and the reasons why that may make sense), what information added to bookings is connected to reports, and how to sync your Sonido calendar to any third-party calendar, such as your iPhone or Google Calendar.

FILE REVIEW: Sharing Audio Files with Clients for Feedback
** This feature is available on the Sonido Software Professional Package. **
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido Audio File Review Portal. We will be walking through the benefits of using the Sonido audio file review portal to eliminate complicated review workflows and confusion, the process of sharing audio files to clients for review, how your clients can use the portal to securely listen to audio mixes or masters and add comments/revisions, how your Engineers can communicate with clients from the portal to eliminate back and forth emails, text messages, and other communications, and how you can manage version control and client approvals of audio files.
In the end, you will better understand why using the Sonido Audio File Review Portal helps provide more transparency to everyone involved in the review process, and why it's the best solution for collecting client feedback.

CUSTOM FIELDS: Creating and Managing Custom Fields

During this training session, we will be reviewing one of the newest features within Sonido - custom fields. Learn how you can create custom fields and how custom fields data is used within Sonido. We'll also touch on how these custom fields are made available within your Custom Forms and the Online Booking Portal for your benefit.

Equipment Management
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido Equipment Management page. Learn why it's important to build a list of all studio equipment, how to add equipment to your account, and what is coming in the future with Equipment Tracking.

PAYMENTS: Receiving Client Payments Seamlessly
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido Payments options. We will focus on not only the process of recording payments manually within Sonido, but we will highlight the payment gateways that are available for taking client payments, and how it helps you to more seamlessly receive and record payments within your Sonido account for invoices, without the need of lifting a finger.

FILE DELIVERY PAYWALL: Enabling Clients to Download Files as a Self-Serve Feature
** This feature is available on the Sonido Software Professional Package. **
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido File Delivery Paywall. This feature allows your clients to download their approved files from within the File Review Portal, but only after making full payment on any outstanding invoice balance from your Sonido account. Learn how this feature introduces "self service" into the process of collecting payments and downloading files, helping to eliminate the need for manual touch in the process of sharing final approved audio files.
