Sonido Software coordinates live training sessions that are open to all customers. These trainings will cover a range of topics, and the intention is to help you become better acquainted with Sonido Software and how you can use the system to manage your studio operations.
This schedule will be updated over time, and video recordings will be made available in the Recorded Trainings section.

AUDIO FILE REVIEW PORTAL
** This feature is available on the Sonido Software Professional Package. **
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido Audio File Review Portal. We will be walking through the benefits of using the Sonido audio file review portal to eliminate complicated review workflows and confusion, the process of sharing audio files to clients for review, how your clients can use the portal to securely listen to audio mixes or masters and add comments/revisions, how your Engineers can communicate with clients from the portal to eliminate back and forth emails, text messages, and other communications, and how you can manage version control and client approvals of audio files.
In the end, you will better understand why using the Sonido Audio File Review Portal helps provide more transparency to everyone involved in the review process, and why it's the best solution for collecting client feedback.

DATA IMPORTS (Leads, Contacts, Bands/Groups, Companies)
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido data import process to help facilitate adding contacts and other records to your Sonido account more quickly and easily. We will discuss the process for organizing records into a spreadsheet in preparation for a data import, what data is available for import, how you can use Sonido Data Import Templates to make the setup process quicker, how to import data, such as Leads, Contacts, Bands/Groups, and Companies records into Sonido. We will also discuss best practices for preparing your Sonido account for import, and common pitfalls that users may run into, such as import errors, and how to resolve them.

ZAPIER INTEGRATION (Building automation workflows)
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido integration with Zapier and show how you can benefit from building your own automation workflows to sync data between Sonido and other software platforms, set up customized triggers and actions between systems, and begin to more fully customize your systems.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido Project Management to discuss the best practices of managing your project timelines, how to set up your own custom project pipeline stages and track stages appropriately, how you can better track project progress, create reminders for yourself or your team members, creating project songs and metadata, project file storage and file delivery options, and more.

REPORTS AND ANALYTICS
During this training session, we will be reviewing the Sonido Reports to discuss how you can gain essential insights from your Sonido account. From reviewing sales and lead reports, to understanding where your new clients are coming from, to financial reports that measure your revenue, and more. Join us to better understand how you can use your Sonido data to make better business decisions.
