The My Profile settings are located at the top-right side of the site header, accessible under your user name. This section allows users to make changes to their own personal settings within Sonido.
ACCOUNT
In the Account tab, you can make changes to their preferred email address, first name and last name for use within Sonido. The indicated email address is where you will receive notifications from Sonido, and your first and last name is what will appear throughout the site, such as in saved notes.
You will also need to set your Time Zone so that your Calendar, Notes and other saved data displays as expected within your account.
Lastly, you can upload a photo for your user record that will be seen from within your Sonido account. Once uploaded, you can zoom in/out on the photo to fit better within the square view by using a scroll wheel on a mouse or pinching a trackpad.
INFORMATION
In the Information tab, you can update additional details related to your user record, such as your Job Title, Work Phone, and Mobile Phone. These details are accessible to any users that have privileges to view user information within your Sonido account.
The Email Signature field allows you to create an email signature for use in any email communications you send out of Sonido. Once saved, the email signature will be automatically populated in any emails you send.
USER AVAILABILITY
In the User Availability tab, you have the ability to set your standard daily availability. This information is used to display availability for booking with the Calendar. These details are also used to show your booking availability through the Online Booking Portal if you are listed as an Engineer that can be booked.
You can easily toggle days of the week as "Available" or "Unavailable" depending on your daily availability. You also have the option to set your beginning and ending time related to your availability for each day. If you need to split availability, you can do so by selecting the blue "+" icon to the right of the Day row, which will allow you to set multiple availability start and end times for the day. For example, if you are available from 10:00am - 12:00pm, but then you have a break, you can set a new availability time for that same day beginning again at 6:00pm - 11:00pm.
USER RATES
In the User Rates tab, you can set your standards Hourly Rate and Daily Rate that would be used for calculating financial information within the Sonido account. For example, if your Hourly Rate is $75 USD per hour, this information can be used for calculating total cost summaries for Invoicing purposes or Reporting purposes.
CHANGE PASSWORD
In the Change Password tab, you have the ability to change your Sonido user account password.
OPTIONS
The Options tab includes additional settings related to account notifications.
The Sound Reminder setting allows you to determine whether Sonido notifications will make a chime sounds with the pop-up notification.
The Calendar Subscription URL allows you to sync your Sonido calendar with any third-party calendar via a URL subscription link. There are two options - the option to sync all bookings from the calendar, or to sync only bookings assigned to you as a user. For example, if you'd like to sync your Sonido calendar to your mobile device, a Google Calendar or elsewhere, you can copy this Calendar Subscription URL and paste it within the third-party calendar setup to initiate a sync. Receive File Review Comments: when enabled, will send you an email notification every time a comment is made by a reviewer in the File Review portal. This only applies to files where you have sent the file review invitation (you will not receive review comments for files that other users have sent out to clients).
Receive Booking Assignments and Reminders: when enabled, you will receive an email notification every time a calendar bookings is saved and you are indicated as an Assigned User in the Calendar booking. You will also receive an email notification at the booking reminder time if a reminder is set up for the calendar booking.
Receive To Do Assignments and Reminders: when enabled, you will receive an email notification every time a To Do is saved and your are indicated as an Assigned User in the To Do. You will also receive an email notification at the To Do reminder time if a reminder is set up for the To Do.
